MANNY Pacquiao got almost everything going for him when he fights Hector Velazquez this Saturday (Sunday in Manila).
He is just 26 and is in the prime of his career, has speed and packs power in both fists.

Velazquez, 30, was even labeled as taylor made for Pacquiao in the Filipino pug's quest for another shot at Erik Morales, his tormentor last March.
Even the media and most boxing websites have already written off Velazquez before the first round bell is sounded for their super feather clash.
But, there's one factor that was clearly overlooked and which could send apprehension to the Pacquiao camp: Velazquez will be entering the ring carrying a five-match winning streak to his name.
Velazquez, rated No. 12 by the World Boxing Council, is 9-1-1 in his last 11 fights, with his only defeat coming to Rocky Juarez.
The Mexican is 3-0 in 2005, with victories over Guadalupe Hernandez, Marcos Licona and Trinidad Mendoza, whom he stopped in the fifth round in July.
Aside from a savage body puncher, Velazquez is also notoriously known as a dirty fighter.
Pacquiao, on the other hand, is coming off a 12-round decision loss to Morales. [/glow]
